Graham Doby

A regularly performing musician, Graham has shared the stage with artists George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Trombone Shorty, Antibalas, Thank You Scientist, The California Honeydrops and The Impressions. He has played esteemed venues including the House of Blues, Rainbow Room, Kennedy Center, Highline Ballroom, The Iridium, and Brooklyn Bowl. A drummer for over 20 years, Doby has cultivated his own diverse creative community that shares resources and networks in addition to talents and styles. He recently released his debut album, “Weathered Crown” which features jazz guitarist Mike Moreno as well a changing cast of NYC musicians, composers, and arrangers. Doby currently tours internationally with anti-war Russian rock band Nogu Svelo. This year alone (2023), they played in over 40 cities in 23 countries.

Dr. Edward W. Hardy

Dr. Edward W. Hardy, a celebrated Black and Puerto Rican composer, music director, and virtuoso violinist, commands attention with his unparalleled talent in solo violin repertoire for theatrical productions. Earning acclaim as one of the youngest composers admitted to the Exploring the Metropolis Con Edison Composer Residency at just 25, Hardy's artistry has garnered praise from prestigious outlets like The New York Times and The Post and Courier, lauding his mesmerizing performances characterized by vigor, control, and expressiveness. His multifaceted discography boasts singles, an album, and a rich array of original compositions, spanning various instruments and genres. Beyond his solo endeavors, Hardy has graced esteemed venues including Carnegie Hall, where his performances have captivated audiences and solidified his status as a musical luminary. Notably, he has garnered numerous awards, such as 1st Prize in the 2022 University of Northern Colorado Concerto Competition and a 2024 Merit Award from Tribeca New Music for his evocative solo violin composition, Evolution - Inspired by the Evolution of Black Music. Hardy's illustrious career is a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound impact on the contemporary music scene.
